Are your products food, microwave, dishwasher safe?

Unless noted, my items are all food safe. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the quality of your items.

NOTE-if your item has gold on it it MUST be hand washed and it is NOT microwave safe.

Do you take returns?

If you are not in love with your purchase you MUST email jessthemadeline@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item and ship it back within 7 days. The buyer will assume responsibility for return postage to The Made Line. Please be sure to pack the item cautiously and get tracking for your return shipping as any items lost or damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund. Please make sure you check the size and item details PRIOR to completing your order.

What if something arrives broken?

If something arrives broken please contact and send a photo to jessthemadeline@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving you package. Items will either be replaced or refunded depending on the item & what is in stock.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! If you like my style and see something that is out of stock or would love to see a design I have done on a different bowl or mug please complete the custom piece request HERE and we can chat. Lead time will depend on what I have going on in my shop.


Do you accept Cancellations?

Yes please contact jessthemadeline@gmail.com within 8 hours of ordering. There will be no cancellations accepted once the order has shipped.

Shipping info?

All items for sale are ready to ship. Please allow 1-5 business day to package and ship your order. Once shipped you will receive an email with corresponding tracking number. Please note preorder & custom item shipping time will be noted in the product description.

Do you ship internationally?

How are items packaged?

While we would love to package everything cute and pretty, the safety of your order and our earth is of the utmost importance to us, so we use recycled packing and material collected from local businesses to pack & ship.
